Insurance and Luxe payment Policy

Luxe Dermatology accepts the following insurances: Anthem BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Care First BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Medicare, Tricare, and UnitedHealthCare.

No show fee of $50 will be charged if there is less than 24 hour notice of cancellation for an appointment.

Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Luxe Dermatology also requires credit card on file for all patients and clients. Upon your visit, you will be required to submit a credit card for Luxe to keep on file.
